Five wedding and event spaces under one roof in Richmond Hill, just off Highway 7. • Grand York Ballroom — up to 750 seated (1,300 theatre style). The largest room, built for grand weddings and receptions. • Richmond Ballroom — up to 350 seated (560 theatre). Enough room for the ceremony and the reception in the same space. • Vaughan Ballroom — up to 320 seated (425 theatre). Lower level, with its own private foyer and dedicated washrooms. • Thornhill Room — up to 100 seated (150 theatre). Intimate weddings and celebrations. • Solarium — up to 70 seated (85 theatre). Ceremonies, bridal and baby showers, private dining. Catering: in-house, with cultural menus across a range of cuisines. In July and August the hotel welcomes external caterers from its approved vendor list; outside those months outside catering is reviewed case by case, subject to availability and approval. Pricing: all-inclusive wedding packages start at $99 per person plus taxes and gratuities. Wedding food-and-beverage minimums run $7,500 to $45,000 depending on season, date and how far ahead you book — shorter lead times and select dates often have more flexibility. The all-inclusive package includes a dedicated event manager, white linens and chair covers, votive candles and fresh flowers on every guest table, custom menu cards and table numbers, staging and podium, a bridal change room, a complimentary bridal suite on the wedding night with champagne and breakfast, a complimentary first-anniversary night, coat check, a trial dinner for two, discounted guest room rates for your guests, and ample complimentary indoor and outdoor parking.
